The berry muesli strong as a bear

Good day and hello!
Today I want to tell you how best to start a super day: Make yourselves a muesli!

Berry Muesli Recipe:

  • 150 g spelt flakes (flake freshly with the Salzburger Flocker!)
  • 1/4 l water
  • 1/4 l soy or nut milk (also make your own with Vegan Star)
  • approx. 400 g berry fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 50 g cashew nuts

Let the flakes swell in the water for about half an hour, mix the milk with the honey and the swollen flakes.
Wash and clean the berries. Keep some of the berries for decoration (because the eye also eats (: ) and fold the rest into the milk.
Sprinkle the nuts on top.
Off we go into a beautiful new day!
