• The stainless steel bowl fits all models of assistant from N1-N30.

ASSEMBLY

• The stainless steel bowl is placed on the drive bush A of the assistant. The torque is transmitted to the bowl from below. If the arm is in the way, you can easily loosen the arm with the adjustment screw.

CLEANING

• The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe.

TIPS!

• For bread, doughs with 1 liter of liquid fit into the stainless steel bowl even when rising.
• If you are working doughs with more than 1.5 liters of liquid, put the dough in a larger bowl to rise or divide the dough between two bowls.
