Season properly – but how?

I wish you a nice day and today I have decided to tell you a very special spice blend:

Many things taste better when well seasoned – and good, healthy spices also stimulate digestion . Therefore, if you bake your own bread and grind your own flour, you should also grind the right spices with the Salzburg grain mill. I have given you this tip before, but this time follows my recipe for it!
In small doses, you can also grind oil-based spices.
And here I tell you now a very special spice mixture:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/3 tsp celery salt
  • 4 packets saffron
  • 1/4 tsp basil leaves
  • 2 tsp glutamate
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 tsp bay leaves

This mixture is excellent for sauces, soups and with salads!
