would like to start the day full of strength and energy in the colder season. Time-saving and yet very wholesome is our latest breakfast recipe. With nutrient-rich oats and seasonal fruit, this simple fall breakfast is winning us over every morning right now. But see for yourself…
Simple autumn breakfast: the ingredients
- 100 g oat flakes (freshly flaked with your
Salzburg flake master
- Water (boiled)
- Nuts (for example walnuts, hazelnuts, filberts)
or chia seeds (coarsely ground)

First, pour hot water over the oatmeal in a bowl and let it soak briefly. Meanwhile, wash, core and cut fruit as desired. At the moment we enjoy especially the plums and berries that still come from
come. When it comes to nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds are our favorites. In the breakfast bowl we now put all the ingredients according to any quantity – in the morning some are hungrier, some a little less. The whole thing is topped with flax or chia seeds and cinnamon.
This autumn breakfast is simple and quick to prepare, wholesome and beneficial. So we start the day strengthened.
