Bread storage

Hello and greetings!
Again and again I am asked how bread is best stored. Well, I’m not quite the right person to talk to, because I’m for eating and not for storing. And certainly not for mouse-proof storage!
But I don’t want to be like that and give you some good tips:
Like cereals, bread should be stored properly so that it can be eaten tasty and healthy even days later.
Use a clean, dry and easily permeable bag for this purpose.
Special bread boxes are also offered.
If you store your bread in plastic airtight, then mold can quickly form. And that this is not healthy, knows today almost every child.
Do not store bread in the refrigerator!
Fresh, cooled bread and pastries can be well put in the freezer.
Your caring Berti!
