Today we want to tell you the story of Mrs. S. F., a loyal and satisfied customer, who bought her Salzburg Grain Mill  many years ago.

A mill for lifetime: Already in 1985 – incredible 35 years ago – Mrs. F. started to change her diet and started to eat vegetarian food. The main reason at that time was unfair animal husbandry. With the change of diet, she also began to deal with the subject of nutrition more intensively.

Mrs. F. switched to a wholesome kitchen and was particularly enthusiastic about the recipes of Hermine Klein, an Austrian nutrition expert. Since Hermine Klein’s recipes very often contained whole grain, Mrs. F. now also wanted to switch to self-milled whole grain flour. So when she moved into her own apartment she bought a Salzburg Grain Mill. Eine Mühle fürs Leben

Mrs. F. started to try out new whole grain recipes and experimented a lot in her kitchen. She made the experience that in a wholesome kitchen it can happen that something goes wrong. But she kept at it and is convinced that with experience you become a master.

After more than 30 years, Mrs. F. brought her Salzburg Grain Mill to service for the first (and so far only) time. Surprised at how new the mill looked afterwards – and how it worked – she could not believe that it was really her grain mill. After so many years, Mrs. F. is still enthusiastic about her mill: She is always checking if there is still enough grain and can no longer imagine using bought flour – especially white flour. The sound of the grinding mill is also part of the experience for her in her home.

For Mrs. F., her Salzburg Grain Mill is a part of her life and has accompanied her for so long. She cannot imagine that the mill would not be there. For Mrs. F., enjoyment and wholesome food are part of her life.

That was: A mill for lifetime
